Crew4Yachts is an online yacht crew platform where employers and crew connect. Employers use the platform to hire qualified yacht crew via direct searches and job postings. Yacht crew members use the platform to market themselves and apply to jobs posted by employers directly through their online accounts without an intermediary. Crew4Yacts is not a recruiting agency, do not employ agents, and do not receive a commission for job placement.

Q: Does Crew4Yachts charge employers a commission?

No, Crew4Yachts is a subscription based membership website. Employers pay a fee to access our online platform of crew accounts. They do not pay an additional fee when the crew member is hired.

Q: Does the subscription allow me to fill more than one position?

A:

Yes, multiple positions can be filled for the same yacht, as many times as you like. However, each yacht requires it’s own separate subscription.

Q: Privacy is important to me. Is my identity and contact information viewable to crew?

A:

No, your identity remains confidential until you choose to reveal it to a crewmember. Crew members only see an assigned Employer ID on job posts and in the internal message center. They do not see your name, contact information, or the name of the yacht.

Q: Why is posting a job necessary for obtaining the best applicants?

A:

Posting a job greatly increases the pool of qualified candidates available to the employer for consideration. New jobs posted on our website are cross-promoted through our many other social media outlets to ensure your position is visible to the largest selection of qualified candidates available in the industry. Posting a job also decreases the amount of time and effort employers spend sifting through crew member accounts.
